The Space Station is said to have closed down. Its mile-long in-ground antenna remains although it appears some hardware has been removed. Back in the 70s, Gary worked nights there while attending Midwestern University. Whether its function was to monitor Soviet submarine action in the Atlantic or track UFO’s across the night skies remains a mystery. Gary laughs and says he’s still not at liberty to tell.
